Started orthodontic treatment in 2018. Dr. S.C.H. was my attending doctor, and only saw me for the first 3–4 months of treatment; the rest was done by another doctor. My mouth protruded a little, and the male doctor designed the treatment to move my mouth inward, so I had extraction orthodontics. I inevitably developed slight nasolabial folds, but my face became a bit smaller and my mouth moved inward, so I was satisfied. As the clinic kept getting bigger, they brought in more doctors, but I also had an absurd experience where it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to extract a wisdom tooth. As the clinic grew in size, the quality of care dropped compared with the early days.
