Overall, it was clean and they were kind, and I chose it because the director’s aesthetic sense was similar to the nose I was aiming for, but I really regret not just having everything removed during the revision surgery. It would be better for my life going forward and for my mental health to just use the money for revision surgery to get removal instead. It hasn’t even been that long, but I don’t know how many times my nose has been opened.

Overall, the doctor is cynical. The surgery isn’t quite at the level of bone-arm, but anyone can see there’s a big before-and-after difference. It feels like the posterior convexity still hasn’t gone down completely. Still, I am satisfied.
