Wow, the consultation manager was the worst by far.. The doctor was kind and gave a good consultation, but the manager's attitude was just terrible.. They were like some kind of thug. Even the doctor was not aggressively recommending surgery, but the manager was the one pushing, saying I should at least try something. If something goes wrong, who is going to take responsibility?
