It has been 10 years since I had nose surgery. I had it done at a famous large clinic near Gangnam Station, and one of my friends had it done with me too. The director from back then is no longer there and seems to have opened a private clinic. Both of us used silicone + ear cartilage, and so far we have been living fine without side effects like contracture or inflammation. Friends around me who had nose surgery with silicone also haven’t had side effects. I do think silicone is a safe material, but it feels like living with a ticking time bomb, and when I think that inflammation or contracture could happen at any time, I want to remove it. Now I really want to remove the silicone, so I’m looking into it.. If you want to get surgery using silicone, think twice and three times before doing it!!
