I went for a consultation in Busan. The bridge was 4 mm silicone, the septum and nasal tip were cartilage, but the cartilage at the tip was very visible. My original nose was small, low, and upturned, so I had surgery, but it wasn’t corrected. When the director lightly felt it and said, "So you put in 4 mm," I was shocked. At the ㅂxx hospital they said my nose had developed contracture and that the silicone had to be removed immediately, but there was no inflammatory reaction at all and it simply had not been corrected by surgery from the start. The director at Homme said it wasn’t contracture, just that it hadn’t been lowered during surgery, and said he could lower it using only ear cartilage, which gave me confidence, so I decided to have the surgery.
