I think you really need to research clinics carefully for a bulbous nose. I guess bulbous nose surgery is hard to do wellㅠㅠ There are limits to some extent too.. and it seems like many people get revision surgery.
For me as well, this was my third revision surgery due to dissatisfaction with the design. I was very worried, but I’m finally satisfied now. This time, I asked them to make it dramatic, even if it looked obvious that I had surgeryㅠㅠ
