I usually don’t write things like this, but among all the hospitals I’ve been to, the manager and reception staff were the absolute worst. Of course they lacked basic manners, and the reception staff only said what they wanted to say, then when the other person started speaking, they put the receiver down and didn’t listen... How I knew was, when I started talking, suddenly all the noise on the other end of the receiver was cut off, so I was flustered and said, Hello? Hello? but there was no response...... The manager goes without saying. Standing in the consultation room, openly making me feel uncomfortable, clicking their tongue, power-tripping, and what... so unfriendly that it felt like I was being looked down on. Because of these factors, I also ended up thinking I wasn’t sure about the director either, since the degree of it crossed the line. Including the manager, the consultation professionalism and the overall situation were very poor, so my expectations for surgery also dropped.
