There were so many people that it was chaotic... but it is decent in terms of value for money, so there is the advantage of saving money. The level of thoroughness seems too random depending on the doctor, so it is hard to say. There were so many people that you cannot put things like clothes in a locker, so it would be good to keep that in mind.
