I went wanting an InnoFit, but they said a 3D implant would be problematic, so I didn’t have it done at this clinic. I knew my nose was very small, but the consultant recommended autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage, while the doctor suggested ear cartilage and said autologous costal cartilage could also be considered. I went wanting a natural result, but compared with the review photos, there was still some tendency to make it more glamorous. Since it was my first surgery and I was scared, I wanted something natural Looking back, I thought the price with autologous costal cartilage was more reasonable than expected. Postoperative care included three opportunities to view the CCTV footage:)
