I had a revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage for a low, bulbous nose, and osteotomy was performed as well. Unlike my first surgery, I swelled extremely badly from the first day. On the second day, I was so swollen that I could barely open my eyes, and the bruising was severe. Because of circumstances, the splint was removed on day 5, but the swelling between my eyebrows was so severe that blood was drawn out with a syringe. Today is day 7, but the area between my eyebrows is still enormously swollen and completely soft.... The biggest problem is the tip. The columella? seems to have been inserted too prominently, and it looks almost like the nose in Pat and Mat... The tip is a huge round circle... It is completely hard; could this also be swelling? Will it get smaller? Please tell me it will get smaller T_T
