I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery on my eyes 7-8 years ago, and to start with the conclusion, the eye-shape correction came undone, so the ptosis correction did not work. The 7 mm lateral canthoplasty left almost no scarring, but in effect it seems to have reattached. They were confident, saying there would be a ptosis-correction effect even without an incision, but later they changed their words and said buried-suture double eyelids come down, so it is a surgery that has to be redone every 10 years, which annoyed me.
