I had orthodontic treatment after extracting 2 upper teeth at Yonsei Smile Line Extractions weren’t essential for me; I had slight malocclusion and teeth where my canines showed when I smiled I did the extractions because I wondered if my jaw would move farther inward or become narrower if I extracted teeth... hahaha If extractions are not essential for you, I recommend not doing them First of all, pulling out healthy natural teeth I think it inevitably affects the nerves I’m still in my early 20s but when I eat something cold or suddenly inhale cold air, I sometimes get a sensation like the inside of my teeth is empty and aching with sensitivity My teeth were not originally that strong, so I can’t say for sure it’s because of the orthodontic treatment My jaw did move in a veeeery little bit. Width has absolutely. nothing. to do with it During the consultation, they showed me a photo of the celebrity BoA and talked about before and after But I’m not really sure Was straightening my teeth worth 3.5 million won and all that pain? If I could go back, I wouldn’t do orthodontics and would invest in something else... Slightly protruding canines feel unique and fine to me...!
