It has now been three months since surgery, and there have been no side effects. It has become so natural that I think people wouldn’t know unless I told them haha. Now that much of the swelling has gone down, the columella descends from the front and my nostrils are not visible, so it looks more natural. From the side, the tip extends sharply, making me feel the surgery was worthwhile haha. The nasal incision line is no longer visible either! However, I still have a scar from the autologous costal cartilage incision, so it seems to need more time. I think the thorough consultation with Dr. A also helped produce this good result. They completely recreated my nose.... The columellar pulling is gradually disappearing. I have a style where my gums show when I smile, and they are gradually becoming visible again, which is a little disappointing lol. It’s unfortunate that I can’t blow my nose freely anymore, but even considering that, I want to place more importance on overcoming my complex about having a low, short nose.
