I had wanted to have rhinoplasty for a bulbous nose so my nose would get a bit smaller and higher, but after getting a consultation together with my eyes, I decided to only do my nose and booked it right away and had surgery, so maybe that is why the height and shape I wanted did not come out at all, and I even had surgery to lower the height. Right now I am debating removing the nose silicone and all the tip implants too. But other people say it looks okay, and psychologically it feels really uncomfortable
