I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery. I thought there would be no major side effects and went without being too nervous. I had it done at a fairly famous hospital in Seoul.
After getting it done, the vision in my right eye decreased. The aegyo muscle under my eye disappeared. My under-eye area does not close properly
When I told the hospital, they said they would only know after 1 year passed. When I contacted the hospital 3 years later, they said time needed to pass. When I contacted them 5 years later, they said it was not abnormal and that I was just sensitive.

Conclusion ㅡ There is no such thing as a simple surgery in this world. Research carefully before doing it.
