I had double eyelid surgery more than 10 years ago, and it was done with the incisional method at the time. It did look very obviously surgical, but I did not have the courage to do it again, so I just lived with it. These days, though, I get stressed every time I look in the mirror, so I am getting consultations for revision surgery. Almost 90% of clinics say the revision would also have to be incisional, so scarring cannot be helped, while some places say surgical methods have changed compared with 10 years ago, so these days it does not look that obvious.... What is incisional surgery like these days? Even with current incisional methods, are there cut marks when you close your eyes? My eyes look okay when open, but when I look down or close them, it is very obvious...
