Because I had a short nose + bulbous nose and needed it raised high, I had tip surgery using donated costal cartilage, and silicone was placed. For functional rhinoplasty, I had surgery for rhinitis and deviated septum together. I was debating between an ENT clinic and a plastic surgery clinic, but since my aesthetic purpose was bigger, I had everything done at a plastic surgery clinic. I have no regrets and think I made a good decision haha The blunt-looking nose is gone, and I think they operated exactly in the style I mentioned during the consultation! I had a lot of anxiety and worries about donated costal cartilage, but I think I would have regretted it if I had done surgery only with septal cartilage or ear cartilage.
