About 9 years ago, I did it for the first time without really knowing much, and I remember not raising the bridge at all, just having osteotomy for a hump nose and putting a little ear cartilage in the nasal tip. Back then, I only said I wanted it to look natural, so after doing it like that, I kept thinking I wanted it higher. So in the end, I’m looking into it again
