After double-jaw surgery, my jawline completely collapsed, and really.. I could see facial sagging, and it kept getting worse. I thought a facelift was too much for my age, so after thinking about it, I got Silhouette Soft, and it definitely helped with the volume and tightened up the sagging line. If sagging starts after double-jaw surgery and cheekbone surgery, I recommend trying Silhouette Soft. Looking at the photos taken after a year, the line improved much more than if I hadn't done it.
