I had Hiko with non-dissolving threads about 3 years ago. As soon as the swelling went down, the nasal tip drooped, and the nasal bridge is still there, but rather than looking sharp, it became bulky because they put in a lot of threads. I paid almost as much as a regular rhinoplasty, about two million won lol It was a complete failure, and I'm thinking about getting rhinoplasty. I haven't had a consultation yet, but I've seen many posts saying it counts as revision surgery, so it costs more, and they say the inside of the nose is a total mess, making surgery difficult too. I was scared of surgery so I didn't want it, and I didn't do filler because they said it spreads, but I was tempted by the claim that threads are semi-permanent, so I paid a large amount and did it. I really regret it I really do not recommend procedures for the nose..
