Eye Surgery Reviews

Meca Review

About ten years ago, I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, medial canthoplasty, and eyelid fat removal here, but I ended up with sausage eyelids. The doctor seemed extremely confident both during the consultation and immediately before surgery, with an attitude like, “This is nothing.” The outer-line sausage eyelids were fixed extremely deeply, and the ptosis correction was asymmetrical, so the degree of opening differed between my eyes. I could hardly tell whether the medial canthoplasty had even been done; it seemed to have been used only to create an outer line. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia. I was frightened by the anesthesia injected into my eyelids at the time, so I could not undergo revision surgery. But the sausage eyelids seem too severe, so I am currently looking into revision surgery.
