I went for a breast-surgery consultation. The doctor spoke frankly and only told me what was necessary, which actually made me trust them. However, they said surgery had to be done only with the expensive Motiva Preservé method, and even when I asked why, I did not receive a specific explanation I could accept. Since I was being advised to choose an expensive method without understanding why it was essential for my condition, I wondered whether it was being recommended because it cost more. During the manager’s consultation, there was some pressure that seemed intended to rush me into making a reservation, and the response felt very unfriendly. Even when I asked questions, the repeated answers were “It depends each time” and “It varies from person to person,” so my questions were not adequately resolved. I wish they had answered questions related to the surgery more specifically instead of making small talk about where I lived or the weather.
