My philtrum is relatively long, so it has always bothered me. I went for a consultation about philtrum reduction. I was most worried about scarring and had only looked into scarless procedures. At the consultation, I asked how much it could realistically be shortened, and I liked that they explained it while looking in the mirror. The director also seemed very easygoing? They answered every question comfortably, so the consultation atmosphere was good, and they considered the lip shape and overall harmony as well. Personally, I felt they had a good aesthetic sense, and during the consultation I started deliberating about having surgery.. They said there was no separate additional charge for a cupid’s-bow procedure and that doing it together might produce a better effect. I still have two more places to visit, so I will probably decide after looking around more.
