Everyone, thank you so much..🥹 Thanks to all the advice in the comments, I think I’ve figured out which direction to take haha. I visited Clinic C first, but there were many negative reviews and I felt uneasy, so I decided to look elsewhere too. After browsing around, Clinic A and Clinic B appealed to me the most, and now I’m torn between the two.
I decided not to focus on the price, but if Clinic A quotes me a very high price, I’ll go with Clinic B.. I’ve booked a consultation at Clinic A first! But honestly, after hearing that closed surgery isn’t ideal, I’m leaning much more toward Clinic A, which performs open surgery.
The cartilage at the tip of my nose has collapsed, bent, and is visibly protruding through my nostril.. I also need my septum removed.. Considering everything, I feel open surgery might be safer. Even though I have septal cartilage, it has sagged a lot and is too hard, so I’m thinking of having it removed. I’ll get a consultation at Clinic A first and then decide
Clinic C hasn’t been completely ruled out because I liked the consultation and it does open surgery. I’ll compare it after visiting Clinic A! The surgery I want is complete removal, including repositioning the nasal tip, plus correction of the dorsal hump.
I absolutely don’t want anything inserted anymore Ah.. I forgot about the step-off. If a step-off develops.. I guess I’d have to use my own tissue.. In the end, I think I’ll choose the clinic that explains how they will prevent concerns about a step-off, rather than basing my choice on cost.. Sorry for changing my mind back and forth haha. I just wrote out my thoughts.. I’ll leave another review after I go~~
