They recommended shaving the lateral cheekbones and filling the anterior cheekbones, and also suggested considering under-eye fat repositioning. Since my anterior cheekbones were quite hollow, they also recommended fat grafting, but I want to try the cheekbone surgery first and consider fat grafting later. When I went to the hospital, I saw letters handwritten by patients gathered there. I think I’ll visit other hospitals for consultations before deciding. Aftercare consisted only of a laser treatment to reduce swelling; there was no separate lifting treatment. They said they would check me at 2, 4, and 6 months, and apparently they check on postoperative day 3.
