This is my first surgery, and I’m researching carefully because I have friends whose nose surgeries went well and others whose went badly. The friends with good results were sometimes simply lucky, but most visited five or six clinics and invested a lot of time. My nose is trendy if you put it nicely; bluntly, it’s a nose with nothing going for it lol. Small, low noses are considered pretty these days, so I wanted to follow that trend, but unfortunately only my nose is small and low while my other features look strong, so it doesn’t suit me lol. I visited [Clinic A] and [Clinic B]. I’ll visit more once I fill out my list and then decide on surgery. I’m unemployed anyway, so there’s no rush. At [Clinic A], the estimate was 4 mm silicone and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. Reviews mostly mentioned septal cartilage or septal plus donated rib cartilage, so I expected that too, but they said my nose is so small and low that supporting it with autologous rib cartilage and bringing out the columella would look better and last longer. They also mentioned shaving the side bones of the bridge, correcting the bulbous nose, and other things. The total cost seemed slightly cheap or average for a first surgery. I brought a photo of Karina and asked for a straight, slightly upturned line. They lifted the nose with a cotton swab to create a similar impression, and I liked it. Thinking about the silicone raising my bridge makes me extremely nervous. Both the coordinator and doctor were kind and did not pressure me, which I liked, but since it was only my first consultation I tried to evaluate it objectively. If I still feel positive after other consultations, I’ll reconsider then lol. At [Clinic B], the estimate was 3 mm silicone, with septal plus ear cartilage for the tip. It felt more focused on a natural result than the previous place. For safety, I don’t think choosing a clinic that aims for a natural result is a bad idea. I had already researched each doctor’s experience and reviews before visiting lol. I’ll keep consulting, and if other places recommend a natural line more often or it still looks good to me (I may already like it a little?), I’ll get another consultation. They said my face could look older if the columella were brought out too much, so although it may feel slightly short, they would bring it out moderately. There was some waiting when I went, but I’ve once been left waiting an hour and a half at another plastic surgery consultation, so I’ve developed a tolerance lol. I was nervous because it was my first nose consultation, but it proceeded more smoothly than expected. Thankfully neither place gave me a negative feeling, though I’m not sure that alone means much How do you choose a clinic later? Does everyone have any secret tips for choosing one? I’ll keep them in mind when filling out the rest of my list.

I had surgery at a place that used to be extremely famous, but my nose looked obviously operated on, and over time it became crooked. The tip also lifted slightly, giving me an upturned nose. It was very stressful. Everyone who saw me…

Among the plastic-surgery clinics I visited for in-person consultations, the waiting time was the longest. A female coordinator consulted with me and explained only the necessary points kindly and clearly. The other staff seemed somewhat…

I had it done eight years ago. My nose was very large and thick, so I think the director reduced it as much as possible, but an indentation developed at the tip, and I am looking into revision surgery. The coordinator was kind and I was…

The height of naturalness I mean... if it is too natural, it can reach the point where nobody can tell you had anything done. This place is not quite at that level, but if the change I wanted was 100, and even if that 100 reflected a…

They recommended shaving the lateral cheekbones and filling the anterior cheekbones, and also suggested considering under-eye fat repositioning. Since my anterior cheekbones were quite hollow, they also recommended fat grafting, but I want
