It’s day 4 after my nose surgery. I had a support strut made with silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and nostril lowering with ear cartilage. My nose looks way too upturned, and from the front, it doesn’t look like the nose is nicely gathered; it looks spread out I’m asking because I don’t know whether the shape will change later Before, I had a dragon nose, and it feels like the dragon nose wasn’t improved and just got higher
