Seeing that your chin surgery went well makes me so envious and grateful. I’m in my mid-50s. About 15 years ago, while getting a lifting procedure with non-absorbable threads, I was advised to have silicone inserted to cover my protruding mouth, so I ended up having about three pieces of silicone inserted through the inside of my mouth. I also have side effects from the thread lift, and especially my chin hurts and feels uncomfortable, so these days there are times when I can’t sleep. When I actually think about going to the hospital, I feel scared, and I’m afraid of what will happen if it fails again. I also really regret that when I first had the procedure, I didn’t visit many places and chose based too much on advertising. I want to gather information this time and have the procedure somewhere without side effects so I can see a good result.
