I went wanting an in-out double eyelid line and a back corner canthoplasty, but after being diagnosed with a thin in-line and upper inner corner surgery, I proceeded with the surgery. I do feel a bit of a fixed, tight sensation, and the line feels uneven. Even after the surgery, I still had lingering attachment to the line I originally wanted If your preferred direction matches the director's, I think you can be satisfied.
