If I get revision rhinoplasty, will the surgical scar become worse than before? I want to remove just one piece of cartilage using the closed approach; is that possible? Please recommend some clinics that are good at revision surgery!! Also, since I’ll only be removing one piece of cartilage, about how much would it cost? The cartilage shows through and it’s slightly pointy, so it keeps bothering me more than I expected
