Before surgery, they said the nasal bridge height is determined by the nasal tip height, so they didn’t tell me how many millimeters of silicone would go into the bridge. After the surgery, a week later when I went to have the cotton and splint removed, they told me how many millimeters they had put in. My bridge was high but my nasal tip was on the low side, so they raised the bridge more than I expected. Looking back now, even if the nasal tip had been a little less high, I wish I had at least said to put in only up to a maximum number of millimeters of nasal bridge silicone. If only the height had been adjusted well back then, I wouldn’t be thinking about removal now, sigh. It’s been 3 years, and side effects or something like…
