The director looked genuinely tired and exhausted. When I said I wanted to improve my dorsal hump, they said they would explain two methods. One was improving only the tip without osteotomy, and the other involved osteotomy. But they said the hump could not be improved if surgery proceeded without osteotomy. That was the very reason I went, so I wondered whether there was really only one option. They quoted almost 10 million won for the second method. They also added that the hump improvement might not be perfect and there was a possibility of inflammation. When I asked several times, they scolded me, saying it was frustrating that I could not understand. lol. The end.
