I went for a consultation because I wanted a closed approach, and I went without selecting a specific doctor. There was no waiting time, and they immediately took CT images before I consulted with the coordinator. I liked that it seemed private and systematic, but they said the surgical method did not suit my nose and asked whether I was not considering an open approach. So I asked whether I could consult with the doctor, but they said, “You have to have an open approach, you know?” I had gone all that way and could not even meet the doctor..
