It has been about 9 years since my first nose job? As my nose was slowly getting shorter, I went around hospitals and they said it was contracture, so I had a revision. At that time I used silicone and something else, and the shape was also nice. Two years later it was absorbed and I did not like the shape, so I had another revision using donor rib cartilage. I was worried about contracture, so they said they had made the support structure sturdy, so I just lived with it, but recently I am getting the urge again.... Before, I thought, at least it is not contracture, I should just live with it, but what should I do..
