I was planning to do a total removal, but the hospital I want to consult with and have surgery at also does cartilage fixation and says they will reinforce if a step forms.. I keep worrying that if there is something in my nose, side effects might develop over time anyway. So I keep wondering if I should do a full removal, but I can't give up if the shape turns out weird I absolutely don't want another revision... I'm not removing it because of side effects, but because after the nose surgery my whole facial impression turned completely strange, so I'm just thinking about removal. What do everyone think
