Nose Re-Surgery

What about removing a nose implant at Jeongwon?

I’ve been living really well for 15 years after my first nose surgery with the head surgeon here. I was born with a low nose and extremely thin skin, but it turned out so nicely and naturally that if I didn’t say anything, no one could tell. I’ve been living with it so well, but my skin has gradually gotten even thinner and now the implant is starting to show through. I’m also scared of contracture, and I just want to remove everything entirely. I know they’re famous for revision surgery, but has anyone here had a complete removal there? Since my skin is thin, if I really had to do something, I’d only want autologous dermis, and I don’t want to use a Daisa-u implant. The nose tip was done using only septal cartilage, and I want to remove all of that too
