I knew a little that it was a factory-like clinic before going. It was my first time at a dermatology clinic, and after hearing a rough explanation I thought, the machines are probably the same anyway, so I went. But wow..... I went there first to remove blemishes, and my acne got worse.. I started getting one or two pimples, so I asked for an anti-inflammatory injection and got one, but then the acne started breaking out like crazy... Still, no one could explain anything. Because I had only seen the consultation staff, and the doctor had never explained anything. I bought 8 sessions here, and now I think I have 5 left. When I asked for a refund, they said no because everything had already been used based on the 3 sessions I had already come for... I am getting acne treatment somewhere else now, and I do not know what to do.. I also have melasma and blemishes, so I need to get laser treatment for those anyway, but I am afraid to go back and have more acne break out... I am blaming myself for not knowing better and for going to a dermatology clinic for the first time...
