The doctor is on the kind side. The pre-procedure consultation was with the consultant. Some staff members were kind, and there was also someone at administration who was unfriendly. My under-eye area was hollow, so I received 1 vial of Ultracol over a total of 4 sessions. My dark circles did become a little lighter, but I’m not sure about the cost and effort compared with the results. The day after the procedure, I was extremely swollen, so I went around wearing glasses.
