The doctor was fairly kind. The consultation before the procedure was with the consultation manager. Some staff were kind, while one person at the administrative desk was rude. Because the area under my eyes was sunken, I got 4 total rounds of one bottle of UltraCol. The dark circles did become a little lighter, but I am not sure whether the cost and effort were worth it. The next day after the procedure, I was very swollen and had to go around wearing glasses.
