It was my first consultation for nose surgery. They listened well about the parts I was concerned about, and I was impressed by how they carefully checked what surgery I needed and consulted with me. The consultant also didn’t pressure me about a deposit, carefully explained the basic chart-writing method, and kindly guided me to the consultation room. It was nice that I could have the consultation comfortably.
