For rhinoplasty, I really recommend getting consultations at as many places as possible no matter what. I went around to about 8-9 clinics, and every doctor had such different surgical methods and preferred shapes. Also, after surgery, they put cotton in your nose for hemostasis, so you end up breathing through your mouth. My throat got so dry that I remember waking up a lot in the middle of sleep. The clinic where I had surgery was a place that aimed for a natural result, so I had it done there. Right after surgery it was really high and pretty, but as time passed and the swelling went down, it gradually looked lower... that was the feeling I got. Now people do not even really notice that I had rhinoplasty. hahaha It is a little disappointing, but I had a friend who made her nose too high, it collapsed, and she had to get revision surgery, so I think I feel more at ease having gone with just a moderate height.
