They used a nose model to explain the septum position, nasal cartilage, and so on. They told me absolutely not to insert an implant, and when I said I wanted to remove fat because I have a bulbous nose, they said absolutely not to do that either. They said my nose isn't big; it's just that the bridge is narrow so it looks that way. They said they would cut the ear cartilage and reinforce the nasal cartilage. I wanted to see more photos of cases similar to mine, but there didn't seem to be any suitable ones. They recommended not having surgery.
