Hehe hehe before before It’s now my 11th month after revision rhinoplasty, so it’ll soon be one year hahaha. I got forehead fat grafting together when I had my revision rhinoplasty. I had it done at DA! My nose was so bulbous to begin with that even after my first surgery there wasn’t much improvement, so I was dissatisfied and got really depressed, thinking maybe my nose was the kind that even plastic surgery couldn’t fix I thought I’d try revision surgery one last time, so last year I searched online and visited places a lot, and finally got it done at DA. I’m relieved I still succeeded on the 2nd try lol!
Rather than just a high nose, I wanted a refined, natural-looking straight-to-curved line that suited me, and the director understood my needs and really made it exactly the feeling I wanted hahaha. I’m so, so, so satisfied with my current nose!! I used autologous costal cartilage, and among my friends who had surgery at other hospitals, there are many acquaintances who say they’re still uncomfortable even almost a year later, but fortunately I think I’ve been living without discomfort in daily life haha. I used to contour my nose heavily, but these days I don’t do even 1 bit >_< My forehead also has volume now, so I think I look even more feminine and my impression has softened. I think the graft took well haha!
