Hello everyone!! It’s been 7 days since my first rhinoplasty, and I had my first rhinoplasty with Director Lee Ju-cheol at Sugar Plastic Surgery!!! Honestly, if I write a review here like on other apps, it just feels like a broker post and doesn’t feel trustworthy at all... So I’m going to keep it a bit brief.
I have almost no swelling, to the point that it’s hard to believe it’s day 7. I’m not someone who heals especially well from plastic surgery, and I’m usually the type who swells a lot. The procedures I’ve had are double eyelid surgery (buried suture), epicanthoplasty, upper canthoplasty, lateral and lower canthoplasty, ptosis correction, nose surgery, and cheekbone reduction!
But with this rhinoplasty, there’s almost no swelling... It didn’t hurt either... The lateral and lower canthoplasty actually hurt much more, and I still have conjunctival edema.
To describe my natural nose, my nose was originally on the very small side. No need at all for nostril reduction, osteotomy, or anything like that!! And as you can see in the photos, it was super short and upturned? From the front, it was just an ordinary nose! And the bridge itself was low! All 4 clinics mentioned rib cartilage and silicone.
There was some asymmetry in the nasal bridge and the nasal tip area, and the director looked at those details very carefully, including my deviated septum and so on... Looking at my nose now, even though those are unedited photos from a regular camera, they just look like they were heavily edited...
I’m someone who really comes into this community every single day. I also have a short background in the plastic surgery industry, about 5 months, and my face is very precious to me, so I absolutely can’t undergo surgery carelessly... I learned about Director Lee through an acquaintance in the operating room industry and had the surgery.
The reasons I chose the director were: I tend to like a glamorous look (when I looked at reviews, the director’s style = my taste), I liked that the director has a calm personality, reflecting my needs was important (when you ask a ton of questions during consultation, the director’s personality shows), and above all, an acquaintance I really trust gave me a full explanation about the director... and I felt that I should get my nose done by this director (for his own surgeries, almost no revision cases, extremely meticulous, hands of god lol).
