I had posterior and lower canthoplasty 2 years ago, but posterior and lower canthoplasty definitely loosens over time I guess that is just the nature of the surgery itself If eye length is your concern, it is better to just get epicanthoplasty instead.. And when you first do it, it has to be lowered to the point where you wonder if it is too much for there to be at least some effect..
