I had the outer and lower canthoplasty 2 years ago, and it really does loosen over time I guess that's just how the surgery is If the length of your eyes is what's bothering you, it's better to do an epicanthoplasty instead.. And when you first do it, it needs to be lowered to a degree that seems excessive for it to have any effect at all..
