Hi, I have an arrow-shaped nose + a very slight hump + a slightly deviated nose (the nasal bone itself), and it was stressing me out, so I went for consultations mainly at clinics that prioritize safety + natural-looking results.

So these are the consultations I have had so far. Actually, the place I had wanted to go to from before was ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ, which is also known for safety and has the review photos I like the most (the cost is definitely the highest). But during the consultation, it did not feel like they examined me as carefully as the other places, and since they said deviated-nose correction is not possible, silicone would make it look more deviated, and they would only fix the nasal tip, I am a bit conflicted
When I combine things like review posts or photos, the doctor’s experience, it being a one-doctor clinic, and so on, I want to decide on this place. But what I actually want is, since I am getting surgery anyway, for it to come out natural and pretty! If I cannot use silicone (because it would make it look more deviated), deviated-nose correction is not possible, and only the nasal tip gets corrected, I wonder if it would be a bit of a waste,, But then again, the doctor is known to be very honest and direct, so I wonder if this is reality and they are just speaking honestly.
Actually, having a somewhat droopy nasal tip (dragon nose) is stressful, but I also wonder whether surgery is really the right choice,,
