I only had the buried-suture method, and right after surgery I was extremely dizzy and nauseous, but I thought maybe it was because I had sedation anesthesia. But today is day 5, and the back of my head still feels a bit chilly/tingly (though this might be because of forward head posture), I’m a little dizzy, and my stomach still isn’t completely comfortable. I do think it’s better than yesterday, but... Yesterday I had indigestion and even threw up I also came out sweating right after surgery, so I wonder if I caught body aches/a cold
My eyes themselves don’t hurt, and when I look upward, it just feels like something is fixed and holding me from above..? It doesn’t really hurt, just feels like my forehead is slightly tense.
But since it was non-incisional, I heard it can be done in a similar way to ptosis correction and could be a Müller’s muscle side effect.. My nausea is pretty bad, so I’m worried that might be the case for me too. The clinic said it could be a side effect of the antibiotics and told me not to take them, but has anyone here had a case like mine?
