It hurts so, so, so much, but once time passes, it's a procedure you'd want to do again. But if you don't control your diet and exercise, it's all for nothing. If you're going to do it, you absolutely have to stick to diet control and exercise too so it comes off nicely, so brace yourself and go through with it. I did it at a clinic I found through a community after seeing good reviews, but it didn't come out dramatically. Still, I did see some effect.
