I had surgery on my nasal bridge while I was in the military, but my nasal alae are drooping, so I really don’t like my side profile On top of that, I also have a bulbous nose So the thing I most want to touch up is alar lifting = alar lift, but if needed I’d also like to work on the bulbous nose. Are there any hospitals you’d recommend? I’ve looked around here and there for revision rhinoplasty, but I don’t know any places that are good at alar lifts, so should I just go to one of the places I looked into for revision rhinoplasty and get an alar lift consultation there..? Please recommend hospitals that are good at alar lifts
